Chef JRodi of 3 Small Plates joined us at Flavors of Austin + rEECh on the Road 2025! She brought her incredible culinary talent and served up delicious dishes that perfectly reflected her signature blend of rich European flavors and Austin’s bold energy. With a diverse background in journalism, art, and a 20-year career with the Department of Defense, Chef JRodi now leads a dynamic culinary team, working with local artisans and uplifting women in the industry through organizations like Future Front Texas and Austin Les Dames Escoffier.

Amy’s Ice Creams

You can't talk about Flavors of Austin without mentioning our longtime friends at Amy’s Ice Creams! Pro Player Foundation is grateful to Amy’s Ice Creams for showing up year after year with their signature flavors. From Lemon Icebox Pie to Strawberry Jubilee to Chocolate Custard Cookie Dough, Amy’s brought the sweet magic once again and made everyone’s ice cream dreams come true!

Bravo Company BBQ

Pro Player Foundation was thrilled to welcome back Bravo BBQ Company, a veteran-owned barbecue business based in Central Texas, to Flavors of Austin! This year, our brothers-in-arms at Bravo BBQ reported for duty with their signature brisket mac & cheese and mission-ready sausage bites, leaving no taste bud behind. Their culinary firepower brought serious flavor to the front lines of the event!

Chef Cibelli

With over 20 years of culinary experience spanning catering, gourmet meal delivery, and exclusive private chef services, Chef Cibelli is a true maestro in the kitchen. Her passion for crafting elevated, soul-satisfying cuisine shines through in every bite she serves. This year at Flavors of Austin, Chef Cibelli delighted guests with her mouthwatering ciabatta garlic crostinis – perfectly crisp, richly seasoned, and undeniably unforgettable. Each bite was a masterclass in flavor, capturing the heart of her culinary artistry and leaving guests craving more.

Chef Gil & Co.

We were first introduced to Chef Gil at BBQ & Boots, and three years later, he continues to support our EEC Initiative while wowing crowds in Austin and most recently at rEECh on the Road Dallas. A recipient of the Austin Small Business Excellence Award, Chef Gil added to his trophy case after being named the 2025 Tasting Station of the year! Chef Gil remains one of the most sought-after chefs in Texas, and his crispy plantain chips were a hit at this year’s event!

Cinful Sweets

Pro Player Foundation is thrilled to welcome back Chef Cinthya of Cinful Sweets as a 2025 Tasting Station at Flavors of Austin! Known for her signature handcrafted bonbons, decadent dessert bars, and stunning cakes, Chef Cinthya brings her signature flair and heartfelt touch to every creation—always “From the heart of Austin, with love.” Her presence has become a beloved staple of the event, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her back on our team as she helps us sideline MS with every sweet bite.

Dusk2Dawn Catering

A private chef and luxury caterer since launching her business in 2019, Chef Tee has quickly become known for her bold flavors and upscale dishes. At this year’s event, she impressed guests with her rich and flavorful crab and corn bisques. We are so happy to have Chef Tee at Flavors of Austin ahead of her upcoming show, Tasting with Tee!

Fleming’s Steakhouse

We’re thrilled to welcome back our good friend Chef Kris and the team from Fleming’s Steakhouse at Flavors of Austin. Known for their exceptional fine dining menu featuring premium steaks, fresh seafood, and expertly selected wines, Fleming’s continues to elevate every experience. This year, guests were treated to their delicious tenderloin French dip, an unforgettable bite that reflects their ongoing commitment to quality and to supporting the MS community.

Mabuhay Austin

In the Philippines, “Mabuhay” means welcome, and we were excited to say Mabuhay to the delicious creamy mac & cheese crafted by our friends at Mabuhay Austin. Known for their diverse culinary range from Asian cuisine to French-inspired fare, Mabuhay Austin crafted a customizable menu tailored to the occasion.

Plated Life

We were delighted to welcome the talented Chef Sam and the culinary team at Plated Life as a featured Tasting Station at Flavors of Austin 2025! Renowned for their vibrant, health-forward cuisine, Plated Life served up thoughtfully crafted dishes that elevate clean and wholesome eating to an art form. Guests savored every bite of their exquisite mini shrimp tostadas—an elegant fusion of freshness and flavor that perfectly complemented the spirit of our signature event.

Ranch 616

We welcomed the iconic Ranch 616 back to Flavors of Austin! Ranch 616 was one of the most popular and in-demand stations at the event. Guests enjoyed their classic Frito Pie at Flavors of Austin! Known for its outdoor patio brunch and the original Ranch Water, Ranch 616 continues to be one of the most notable dining spots in the city.

Sinsational Cakes

Sin never tasted so sweet! Famous for winning Food Network’s Cupcake Wars, sisters and co-owners Anyatta and Sonjii delighted guests with their irresistible cupcakes, bringing joy and flavor to the Austin and MS communities alike. Their infectious energy always makes PPF events extra special!

Terry Black’s BBQ

Pro Player Foundation was thrilled to welcome back the iconic Terry Black’s BBQ as a Tasting Station at Flavors of Austin 2025! We were honored to have this world renowned Austin barbecue restaurant join us once again, bringing their legendary flavors including their signature jalapeño sausage to support our mission.

The University of Texas Club

We proudly got our Horns up for The University of Texas Club at Flavors of Austin, hosted by Pro Player Foundation! Representing more than just burnt orange pride and the iconic Longhorn spirit, The UT Club elevated the evening with a sophisticated culinary presentation. Guests were treated to a decadent Duck Confit topped with crisp jicama slaw, followed by a silky mango panna cotta created an unforgettable pairing that showcased both creativity and refinement from this beloved Austin institution.

Yummi Joy

Yummi Joy was a treat for candy cravers, coffee addicts, and ice cream lovers! Known for some of the tastiest fudge in the city, Yummi Joy has been a loyal friend of Pro Player Foundation and a favorite source for sponsor and volunteer gifts. Their fudge and assorted candies were a sweet treat at Flavors!
